Dear all,
I have several SIP phones and destinations.
I need to setup the coverage, which I do using ring groups and call groups.
This is working fine enough.
As an example when a call come to the destination D, I forward the call to the extension E (set for a sip phone) , that sip phone rings.
When the extension E do not answer the call is diverted to the ring group R (simultaneous)
When nobody of the ring group answers, the call is diverted to a call group (ALL) making all the phones to ring.
This is exactly the behaviour I wan to acheive.
What I need is to show on the phone screens (when the ring group rings or when the call group rings) that the calls come from the caller C and was originaly presented to the extension E.
In that way, when some one call my manager, the ring group of our team knows that the call was for him, and when the call group of the whole building that information is also present.
But for now, I can only know that a specific caller is calling, but not that the call was diverted.
Can someone point me in the right explaination in the documenation on how to do it?
Many thanks in advance for your time and help.
Best Regards,
Raphaël
