Connecting to another pbx

Hi Guys,

bit of a strange question, we have a need to put a fusionpbx instance in front of an existing ippbx, in effect registering the current ippbx to fusion as an extension, this we have managed to do, however we can only push 5 cals at a time to the extension before we get a 480 temp fail (No VM) is there a way to up that limit to say 50 calls at once ? if not any ideas how we can do this would be great, the current system uses an inbound platform for ivr but costs the customer over £4000 per month we wanna try and sink that cost but the 5 call limit is causing issues.

This sounds like the "Limit Max" setting in the extension. Go into the extension you setup for the IPPBX to connect to Fusion as and see if changing the "Limit Max" value fixes this (defaults to "5")

Hi and thanks for reply i tried that by uppimg it to 40 still only allows 5. I think that field is only for outgoing

ahh i think that limits the number of extensions you can add i i remember correct
