Unable to find the Conference Rooms

Sounds like a permission is missing for your user account.

am in superadmin level of access but still not able to see

Check the permissions anyway in group manager..

Thanks for the reply @DigitalDaz i have cross checked its seems all ok but still unable to view.
Recently the Database was not working hence i have restored to earlier working date will that maybe a problem.
