I'm having problems with FusionPBX, after receiving an external call, side A answers the call, I type the command * 1, I receive the transfer audio, I type the extension B, after transferring, the call drops and the side A that called from mobile origin receives a message "enter the PIN code".
I need to adjust for when using codes * 1 and * 4 the call is transferred to the directly entered extension, without the PIN message.
Has anyone been through this?
