CISCO SPA508G INCOMING ISSUE

I have a 508G at my house plugged into an AT&T nighthawk hot spot - this hot spot has an ethernet jack on it.

It registered, made in/out calls no worries with Freepbx

With Fusion, it registers, makes outbound calls, but no inbound.

Nat issue I am sure. Not sure what to do here

Make sure the same settings as before, insert via rport, handle via rport, tcp transport.

Thanks Diaz - I had already done those - Insert Via port yes, TCP, Handle via port yes. STill no luck on incoming

What are you registration times set to? They want to be 120, they may be at the default 3600?

Ok, so the ext that I am having trouble with is a shared ext with 2 other devices that are working perfectly

So I created a new ext and assigned it to the same phone I am having issues with, made it private, and it received incoming with no problem

So the shared is the issue?

The 120 setting in the Cisco should be a field labelled "Register Expires"

When you say shared ext, what do you mean?

Having 3 devices use the same ext #. I have 3 ciscos all on ext 2001 in lieu of creating 3 extensions.

Just create the three extensions and avoid the multiple registrations. Multiple registrations need to be specifically enabled in freeswitch and I think its a bit buggy anyway. If you are registering multiple devices with the same extension credentials without enablebling multiple registrations then is no wonder you are having problems.

Just to add to the multi-reg here, I also get two devices working fine with multi reg, the moment I introduce a 3rd device the bugs show up and usually only two of the three will ring.
