HELLO - I have a unique issue I am sure. I have set up Share Line Appearance on 3 SPA525g phones
Works great - Line 1, Line 2, Line 3
I set up a ring group that rings each line in ROLLOVER stratEGY.
The problem is on the SPA series your lowest call appearance per line can only be 2 - not 1
That makes the 2nd call show up on line 1 as call waiting rather than rolling to line 2
Any ideas?
