Hello all, I have a school district that I setup phones for, and 5 of the secretaries had T48Us with sidecars. Each of those has a separate unique profile, but there is one phone of the 5 which will not show the CID of the other four locally when called. Looking at the call record, it shows the effective_cid as a global name and not the one I hard set on the extension. Is this a bug? It is working on the other four.
