Check if called Number is known on Fusionpbx

Hey im Running a FusionPBX for a german costumer.
They have 15 locations and each location has it own domain(all running on the same Server).
If one location calls the other it would be nice to check if the number is known in any domain on the Server and if so transfer to this domain.
Is there any way to acomplish this ?
