On the CDR I noticed that while my user account, domain, and the client's domain time zone are all set to EST, I needed to search based upon UTC.
For example 10/10/2020 900 - 1300 EST, I needed to search with an end time of 1700 to see the calls I was looking for.
The search results were in EST, as expected.
Is there a way to preform a search using the time zone of the domain?
