Can't Add/Edit Destinations. No Textbox available

Hi All,

Just came across a weird issue just now. I'm no longer able to add/edit inbound/outbound destinations When I try to add, there's no textbox to enter the phone number:


And when I try to edit, the phone number field is grayed out.



Any idea that you can give me to correct this issue would be awesome.

Check you are superuser; and/or
Log out and in again; and/or
Look at Advanced > Group Manager; and/or
Look at the browser console to see if something is throwing an error.
