Hi guys, so i have noticed on our cloud setup that when a user answers a call and then transfers that call the caller id of the inbound caller is not passed through, also if you transfer to an extension and it goes to voicemail the message info is from the person who transferred the call not the inbound caller, is there a way to get the caller id to also be passed through when a call is transferred ?

Nah, I think its an outstanding bug that has been there an age.
is this fusionpbx bugs or freeswitch bugs? any work around on how to fix this? i think it is quite an important feature.

I do as well, i have a few users who are irritated by the fact a voicemail thats been transferred to the user gives the cli of the person who transferred it not the inbound caller. Also if the calls is transferred and then the user wants to call them back there is no cli on the history.
