call transfer dialplan not exist!

the call transfer dialplan does not exist!

Hi everyone, I noticed that the extensions were unable to transfer calls by dialing *1 or *4. Consulting the documentation at this address https://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/additional_information/feature_codes.html and checking in the dialplan manager I realize that these feature codes do not exist!!

How do I create them? what is the exact scheme to build these feature codes?

You may need to look at a dialplan record called bind_digit_action.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for the info. I tried to create a dialplan following the documentation provided (see attachment) but it still doesn't work: the feature code doesn't seem to be captured.

What am I doing wrong?

@Adrian Fretwell is right, you should enable bind_digit_action in the dialplan management, everything will be ok
