Call transfer *1 don't work

I am testing FusionPBX for a customer, this PBX is great I love it !!

Today I tried to transfer a call with *1 and nothing .... the call with not transfer from an ATA extension to a other extension.

From a Voip phone and tried also *1 and noting but the transfer button did work.

Its not just *1 not working, I've been trying to get call recording working (*2), with no luck either.

I've tried all in-call star codes with no success on an ATA, Fanvil IP phone and Bria Android app
