had my first request for a call queue but never used this feature before, I see the docu talks about using call centres also.
I am looking to funnel external callers via an IVR into a FIFO queue that then rings 2 extensions, soon as one ext is free it will ring thru etc standard stuff - anyone have any tips on setting this up / guide ?
