Call forward remotely

I'm trying to set up the system so I can call in and forward the incoming calls to my cell. I have set up a breakout in the voicemail which gets me to an IVR, once in the IVR I've set an option to change the call flow. Once call flow is changed, calls are directed to a dummy extension, which forwards to my cell.

So my question is, how can I change the number that the dummy extension forwards to so I don't always have to be the one answering the phones, without being on site, and without using the GUI. Any suggestions?
