call forward from internal extension CID issue

Hello

I am using fusionpbx version 4.2.4

the issue I am facing is with the shown CID for forwarded extension

the problem is when an internal extension calls to another internal extension that is forwarded to a mobile phone, the shown CID in such call will be the "extension number" and not the "outbound caller ID" which is a problem
(I.e extension 200 with an outbound CID number = 12345678 calls to extension 201 which is forwarded to mobile number, the shown CID will be 200 and not the 12345678 which is wrong)

I've tried adding the "outbound CID number" also to the "Effective Caller ID Number" filed which has solved the issue with the call forwarded CID but it created a new problem that internal calls, for example when I call from extension 200 to 202 it does not show the extension number but rather the "Effective Caller ID Number"

does anyone have an idea how to solve it?
