Call Center Queue Actin Weird

Hi,

I am tryin to deactivate an an agent 2009, but its not going away. I remove him from call_centers/call_center_queue_edit and restart the call center queue, but still i get 2009 Adi.

Try this:

Add the agent again and press SAVE -> RESTART

Remove the agent and press SAVE -> RESTART

check again

@gflow now another problem, i have queue setup properly, and its going in the queue 610, and when i open 610 queue theres nothing in the queue.

got it, it does not delete the queue if i delete call center...... any ideas @gflow

if you delete call center then make sure you also delete the queue which is found in Dialplan Manager
