I am testing setting up a call center, and I can use *22 from my extension to log in and out of the call center with no problem, but the call center status always shows no active agents... if someone calls in, they sit hearing the hold music for over 90 seconds until my extension is called. then the call center shows the call as abandoned, even though I answer the call.
90 seconds is the Max wait time with no agent, and the timeout testination is a ring group i am in, so that's no suprise. So my issue is logging into and out of the call center from my extension is not working even though i am getting the audio feedback that i am logged in.
