Has anyone managed to get BLF's working on Polycom VVX411 handsets, the handset is provisioned, we have tried setting the keys to "Automata" with no result. Looking online I cant see anyone who has got this to work, yealinks its no issue but on this occasion we need to retain the existing polycom handsets.
