Ran into an issue this morning. We've just changed time due to DST.
I was checking a time condition for a customer (today is a public holiday in new south wales) and I noticed that the system time was not correct.
I checked default settings and time_zone was correctly set to "Australia/Melbourne".
When calling the Talking Time/Date I was receiving UTC time, however, CDRs were displaying the correct Australia/Melbourne time.
I set time_zone to UTC, reloaded config, then called talking Date/Time - I received the correct Australia/Melbourne Time and CDRs displayed UTC time.
Then I set time_zone back to Australia/Melbourne, and now CDRs and Talking Date/Time are both correct.
Server is set to UTC time, so not sure on why setting it to UTC would result in talking clock reading back the correct Australia/Melbourne time.
Unsure if this is an issue or if there is something further I need to look into so in 6 months time when DST ends I don't run into a similar issue.
Any ideas?

time_zone=Australia/Melbourne
