Hello Everyone,
I have installed FusionPBX 5.2 on Debian 12, and everything is working fine except for one issue with call recording.
When Extension 101 calls Extension 102, only the voice of Extension 101 is audible in the recorded file and CDR. However, the audio from Extension 102 is missing.
I have tested this with both softphones and hard phones, using the same SIP profile, as well as in internal and external, and internal to internal calls, but the issue remains the same.
B-party sound is not recorded (or maybe recorded its very low which seems not recorded but the timer is running while b-party is talking without audio).
Can you guide me on what I might have misconfigured or what I’m missing that could be causing this?
