Anyways to move from one domain to another?

I've create a domain abc.domain which has all the devices, extensions etc. Is there a way of moving them over to domain xyz.domain?

Either via fusion panel OR through db?

If so any help would be appreciated.

Figured it out. Just needed to rename original domain.

But are there any repercussions in doing so?

i did it once and some settings got messed up, make sure that all that flows in the call work!

i think in the IVR i had issues

Yah it seems to mess up the autoprovision.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Basicly there are many areas in the system where there is a doamin context and all does dont get updated

Actually I tried it and it worked well. The only issue was that I had to change the devices "SERVER" field to match the domain. After that all was good.

The trick to do that was to first rename the domain to the one you want. Starting from the top edit the extension. Then right click on the hyperlink to the device's mac address and chose open in new tab. That way you have both extension and device opened up.

Modify the server url in the devices and choose update. You can now close the devices tab. Click update to save the extension tab IF any changes have been made.

Hope that helps someone trying to do the same.
