Any ROBUST Unified Communication app integration/service?

Hi, looking for an advanced, preferably white label but not required, Unified Communication app that integrates nicely with good messaging and integrations with CRM's etc? Currently I'm using Ringotel which works great but app only does messaging

Ringotel does have the CRM integrations and SMS natively. https://ringotel.co/features/
It directly talks to the CRMs and you set up the SMS integration directly with your provider. They have an API that you could use to build your own SMS integration if you really want to get into the weeds and they also support screen pops you could use for some budget CRM features that would at least do customer profile loading/call logging into the CRM if you can do a URL entry.
These features do require using the Pro package https://ringotel.co/pricing/ and the catch is that it is per customer, you can't have a single customer with 3 PRo and 15 essential, it's either all essential or all Pro.
Only thing Ringotel is missing for me is a web client, it would be very convenient if the same ecosystem was available android/iphone/desktop/web.

True, and I already use Skyetel so SMS integration is simple with them

Acrobits is incredible but too expensive until I have enough clients. Could go in stages and not do all at once

Ringotel's pricing goes down considerably as a partner. And good pricing for their branded apps
