We created a ring group which include two cellphone number. When our user receive a call on their cellphone, it requires them to press 1 before they can answer the call. On our ring group settings, we already remove the option to CONFIRM for the two mobile number but they are still getting the message to press 1. How can we disable this message asking to press 1?
