7 Second Voicemail Recording Delay

have a voicemail recording delay issue (miss first 7 seconds after beep). FS-1.10.3, FusionPbx trunk, OpenWrt OS. Suggestions how to debug this? Thanks...

Same delay internal, external calls

My first guess would be codec match issues. Have seen similar results with a few different video enabled phones.

check your logs and use sngrep to watch test calls so see where the delay is happening.

@ad5ou - when you say codec mismatch can you explain? What if I am unable to reproduce the issue, however. The delay still happens with customers?
