paging

We have picky clients who will make a big deal of dialing *8[ext] instead of **[ext] as was set in their previous system for many years. I can't seem to figure out how to change this in dialplan. Currently, its set to ^\*8(\d{2,7})$. , I tried changing it to ^\**(\d{2,7})$ and also to...

I like that the phones auto answer, but the phones do not play any sort of tone or beep to either get the user's attention, or to notify the user that someone is intercom-ing into the room. What would I do to make it play a tone that I already uploaded?

I'd like to setup Paging Groups, but I can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Respectfully James Pelletier
