    One-way audio after on-hold => Incoming calls

    Hi, we're experiencing one-way audio during on-hold, it happens only during incoming calls (Calls from outside and internal calls). Our outbound calls are doing good. We've open ports for sip and rtp in our firewall and nat already. Thanks!
