What CRM is being widely used with FusionPBX?

Ticketing System
We have been in the telecoms business for a long time now but have never put a ticketing system in place for logging faults etc. A few people have recommended osTicket as their system of choice, I just wondered if anyone here has any opinions or recommendations. Many thanks Adrian.- Adrian Fretwell
