    we fixed it and the issue was not with fusionpbx. Updating my Grandstream Phone to their latest firmware fixed all the issues. Thank you DigitalDaz for helping me to understand how to troubleshoot freeswitch.

    I was my first thing to do. I disabled it and opened ports 5060 and 5080 from external to internal. I changed my sip profile to ext-sip-ip and ext-rto-ip to auto nat thinking it would solve my NAT issue but one of my location is having 30sec and other location is 1 min.

    Hi, I am new to fusionpbx its killing all my time. Ive been trying to understand why my calls are doping at one location but not the other.
