Thank you for replying, there was a lot going on, including errors and omissions in Destinations as well as Inbound Routes.... I was able to get some help via a Zoom call with someone knowledgeable.

I have managed to get the system setup and have two trunks registered and a soft-phone extension; and I am able to make outbound calls fine, but I can't figure what I am doing wrong for inbound. The call hits the system, but doesn't route to the extension - the error says it can't find the user...
