    CALL CENTER agent state are not updating while agent are on external outgoing and incoming call

    While my call center agents are on external call(Incoming/Outgoing), state is not updating due to that calls are receiving. So how can we manage agent status? Anyone can help me on this. Thanks,

    Incoming FAX - Fax are Received, but saved as TIF/TIFF instead of PDF,

    After upgrading version of fusion(5.0.6), Incoming fax are received but files saves as TIF instead of PDF. Please help me on this. @whut @hfoster @Adrian Fretwell

    After upgrading FusionPBX (5.0.6) recording are not showing on CDR

    Hi Team, After upgrading FusionPBX to 5.0.6, recorded calls are not showing on CDR. Record_path & Record_Name are set on CDR's, I can see on logs as well on CDR details. Anyone can help on this.
