I just removed the new record_message.lua and uploaded an old record_message.lua into "/usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/app/voicemail/resources/functions" After that both Azure and Bing Speech to Text APIs are working perfectly. There is something wrong with the new record_message.lua.

Why don't you just mount it as a directory and let the Fusion deal with it as a local directory, by changing call recording and voicemail location in default or domain level settings? If you go this long way for cost reduction, there are many s3 compatible and S3FS certified storages out there...
