I would imagine you would need some sort of custom coding implemented to export out the caller ID of the person who's pressing 2 on your IVR to a CSV file of some sort so that they can be manually added to the outbound route that James mentioned.

Call block is designed to block incoming calls coming into your system, not the other way around.

I'd be happy to, but we have over 400 endpoints on our system and it would be impossible for me to grab the fs_cli output of the call without being inundated with logs from various other calls happening on the system at the same time. I'm not sure of how to isolate the logs to a specific call...

4.4 is the latest Stable Branch. 4.5 is the Master Branch.

We're on 4.5 and the follow me delay seems to be working.. Maybe someone running 4.4 can chime in here because last I recall the inner workings of follow me on 4.4 vs 4.5 are night and day.. Follow me has had its slew of issues so I wouldn't be surprised if that's broken.

I've had the best luck uploading recordings as .wav files with 16 bit resolution rate, 8000hz sampling rate, and mono audio channel. I use this converter website to convert sound files to this format I just mentioned: https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav

So you want the greeting to play while the phones in the ring group are ringing rather than have the greeting play first and then ring the ring group members? You should be able to upload a recording to Apps > Recordings and then in your ring group settings you could change the ring back tone...

Hello- It appears that the Follow Me Caller ID option (see attachment) is not working in the latest Master branch which has been confirmed with the developer. He mentioned that I should be able to accomplish this goal by creating a dialplan but I'm just not sure on how to accomplish that...

Hi modcar- That's odd.. You are running on the stable branch (4.4) rather than the master branch (4.5), but I would still expect forwarding to work as advertised in 4.4.. What do the sngrep logs and freeswitch logs look like?

Have you watched the sngrep logs when the call comes in and hits the ring group? You should see an sngrep INVITE attempt for each extension that is ringing in the ring group. Do you not see the INVITE being sent to extension 413?

What kind of firewall are you using?
