PROBLEM: Voicemails files exist but FusionPBX says zero voicemails.

You'll be hard pressed to get any help with that here. Debian 8 is the recommended operating system to run FusionPBX on.

    Help NAT server Fusion outside

I realize XLite is a SIP client. You have opened ports for SIP, RTP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc. from your screenshot. I was curious if any of those port forwarding rules are working so that you can isolate your issue down to a specific firewall rule. That's why I asked if you were able to connect to the...

    Help NAT server Fusion outside

You need to ensure you are correctly port forwarding those ports to the private IP address of your PBX. What can't you connect to remotely? HTTPS? SIP?

    Ring group callerid prefix

Nope.. if you modify the the outbound caller ID of the DID, it will show that way for all calls. Caller ID prefixing doesn't apply to phones that aren't registered to your PBX in my experience. EDIT: Now that I think about it, you could probably modify the outbound caller ID of the ring group...

    Ring group callerid prefix

Sure.. just set the caller ID name prefix at the destination level in Fusion for that DID. However, caller ID prefixes will only show on the caller ID of registered extensions/endpoints of your PBX, they don't work when calls are routing to external devices as far as I know.

    Follow me issue

It is a very basic feature and it should and does work in 4.2, however, most of us are all running on 4.4 and you should be too to ensure that your system is up to date and patched for security. I have tested and verified this feature working as intended in my 4.4 install, so you probably have a...

SOLVED Custom MOH for a specific domain

Ahh you're right! I deleted and recreated the category under 8khz and that did it. Thanks Daz!

SOLVED Custom MOH for a specific domain

Still no luck.. I've set the MOH at the extension level as shown below and then flushed the memcache.. Here's my custom MOH category:

SOLVED Custom MOH for a specific domain

Well.. This doesn't appear to be working. I set the MOH on an extension to the MOH category I created and it's still playing the default hold music from that extension where I configured the MOH category?

    call parking frustrations

So I've got a few Grandstream GXP 2160's I've configured the first programmable key as a "park" key which I'd like to transfer the call to the first available parking slot. (If a call is parked on *5900 then park the call on *5901, etc.) I have this key configured as a transfer key to *5900 but...

    Follow me issue

Regarding both phones not ringing at the same time, did you set the "delay" option on both of your entries to 0? As far as *21 not working, I just tested from my 4.4. install and it works fine.. However it plays some weird buzz tone instead of saying follow me activated/deactivated, which is...

SOLVED Custom MOH for a specific domain

Ahhh I see the setting you're talking about.. I didn't think to check at the extension level. Thank you!!

    busy tone for occupied extensions....

Is there a more efficient way to delete a dialplan from all domains rather than going through each domain one at a time?

    Yealink Auto Provision

Honestly it is pretty easy once you get it working. Sure it requires some research to get it working the first time, but FusionPBX isn't documented very well (it's getting better..) and you should know that before you decide to deploy this product into production. 1.) Enable Provisioning under...

SOLVED Custom MOH for a specific domain

Is it not possible to have a custom music on hold for a domain? From the domain I want to assign a specific MOH to, I went to Apps > Music on hold, added a new category, uploaded my files, and assigned that new category to the specific domain, but the default music on hold continues to play...

    Failed Download FusionPBX Data Backup

Hi Woody My apologies, I gave wrong informaton in my previous post.. The maintenance script doesn't backup your database, it clears out old call recordings, voicemails, faxes, etc. to maintain disk space. In my experience, the Advanced > Backup in the GUI has never worked. By config file...

No Incoming call with Voip Innovation

By default, gateways are configured to use the external profile, which uses port 5080, not 5060. Alternatively you can change your gateways to use the internal profile, and add your IP addresses to your ACL list as you've already done.

Whitelist IP address directly in FusionPBX

Afraid not. I personally just whitelist IPs from the jail.local file.

    Failed Download FusionPBX Data Backup

When you say backup, I'm assuming you mean your database backup. Not your voicemails, call recordings, etc.. If this is the case, FusionPBX has a maintenance script included with it that will create backups of your database daily and store them locally on your server. You can then SCP into your...
