    Grandstream with tls

I've been researching this for a day or so now as I couldn't get handsets to provision with tls and wanted to document it. I'm using the template for the grp2612 as an example but it probably applies to any grp model. The template shows this for the sip transport Now this doesn't provision the...

    Upgrade to 5.3.3

And I've used fusionpbx for years and this is the only upgrade issue I've come across. I didn't make that observation lightly

    Upgrade to 5.3.3

I'm wondering if, considering my experience, if fusionpbx is a viable commercial proposition

    Upgrade to 5.3.3

No, because this is a fundamental issue. I upgraded to 5.3.2 following the documentation. If the subsequent upgrade doesn't work that points to something other than a syntax error. I'm assuming this would have been caught during testing before release. But I may be wrong

    Upgrade to 5.3.3

Should also add that the dashboard is empty. If I go to app/destinations/destinations.php I see Going to /app/system/system.php gives /app/active_extensions/active_extensions.php shows and all I did was run the upgrade from Advanced->Upgrade! The system seems to be working and calls are being...

    Tls issues

As the only change I made was enable tls I made a backup, restored from a backup from before those changes and we're back working. I'll restore the 'non working' backup on a new server and investigate. Having got a working system again, how do I move the call records over from the period between...

    Tls issues

Been trying to enable tls for extensions to register. Followed this https://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/additional_information/sip_tls.html and found I had to change the tls value in the internal sip profile as well Cleared the cache and rescan and I can get a handset registered with tls. So...

    SOLVED FQDN for FusionPBX

You need to create a domain on your fusionpbx server at Advanced->Domains. Then set up an A record for that domain on your DNS. Browsing to that domain should take you to the fusionpbx server, You may want to use https in which case look at the documentation which will guide you through setting...

    CGNAT

OK, update time. The issue re timeout was with a Fanvil W611W and still isn't resolved. Almost all the handsets we have in use by customers are Grandstream and we tested on GRP2612, GRP2602, GXP2160 and GXP2130 and all work. We'll test on Starlink in a day or so and I'll post back

    CGNAT

Anyone had experience with Fusionpbx and CGNAT? Couple of customers installed Starlink and another EE both of which use CGNAT. I can get outbound to work OK but inbound doesn't work, handset won't alert. Neither have the experience to enable and implement IPV6 so for now I'm using Openvpn.

    Internal calls go to voicemail

I resolved this but I have no idea what the issue was. Apart from calls going to VM I found 1. Outbound calls were rejected by the registrar 2. The invite on inbound calls showed the authid not the did 3. Some handsets just wouldn't provision In the end I gave up, deleted the domain and created...

    Internal calls go to voicemail

Set up a new domain, added gateway and handsets. Inbound calls alert handsets and calls are answered, outbound calls work. All internal calls go to voicemail and I can't see what the issue is. DND isn't on otherwise inbound calls wouldn't alert. There are several other domains on the same server...
