    I this example Teams (and also FusionPBX) have a extension 703, and DIAL to OUTBOUND trunk. Teams-Kamailio send it to the inbound ROUTE, I SET BLF, Caller-ID and MEDIA Bypass for audio on the trunk. You must CHANGE it to your PBX domain. pbx000.combivoip.lan CHANGE IT.

    Oke i try to help you, First 2xxx and 4xxx is total okay. Can you make a VPN between the two SIDES? Solution is that the both internet routers make a VPN... Can you check if the routers can make VPN? Or you can make a VPN with OPENVPN (install on both sides OPENVPN)...

    I Use openVPN to connect the two PBX (then i have no NAT problem) I you have openvpn and side-A and side-B different Extension numbers side-A-2xx and side-B-3xx Then can give you a working example (the one i use)...
