    Thank You @Adrian Fretwell , for your reply. Adding the dial string in extension is sort of workaround i used as a temporary fix. I was able to send calls to cell phones when calling the queues. Without putting the dial string can, how can i solve this issue? Thanks

    I do not prefer to use IP's to register Phones/Devices to the PBX. I prefer an A record instead. Only place i need to make change is on the DNS server and restart the devices. Everyone gets registered at the the new PBX.

    Hey @mos, glad i can help. You can also use condition like everything starts with 321. Reserve the 321XXX for all the users, you want to use this particular route. Try the same change of adjusting the order in the outbound route with the Toll Allow, i believe this is the right way.

    Please make a change, select the order of username condition and use something less than destination condition. For eg if order of destination is 10, Select order of username condition 5 and select break on false. And try it Try the same change for toll allow.
