Need guidance for an office incoming calls.

Well if they show up on the Polycom's then I would agree that its something to do with the way Yealink is displaying it. I did actually set up line keys (Park 1, Park 2 etc) but like I said I don't get Call ID when unparking. No really sure what you mean by " Maybe try setting the parking spots...

Need guidance for an office incoming calls.

I've ran a few packet captures and this is my take (I could definitely be wrong): When a call is parked, the yealink simply hold the calls and nothing is done at the fusion/freeswitch side. When its off of hold the yealink simply returns the call and displays call id. When a call is parked the...

    Is there a Users Guide?

Is there a quick users guide for FusionPBX. I've set up an office and they were asking for a quick tutorial on how to use the system so I will set out to create a quick manual but wanted to check to see if there wasn't one already. Any help appreciated.

Need guidance for an office incoming calls.

I'm fairly new to fusion so I need some guidance with a particular office I just set up. Let me give you some background info: Real Estate office that has two receptionists. The office is using yealink handsets. They may get four or five calls come in at once and if one receptionist is on the...

    TCP vs UDP and line_sip_transport

I noticed that one of the parameters in the default settings 'line_sip_transport' is set for TCP. I was under the assumption that UDP is a better protocol for voip. Should this not be set to UDP? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Forward if lost connection to endpoints

I have fusionpbx hosted in the cloud. If the remote office loses internet, is there a way of getting fusion to forward calls to another number?

What is the best way to set up multi-branch

Sorry for the long delay. We are using yealink. I think we are going to try one domain with multi-branch locations. I'm just not sure how to handle dialing 'zero' at each branch is going to be handled. I guess I'll have to create an IVR for each inbound route?

What is the best way to set up multi-branch

I just wanted to run this by some experienced fusion experts. I have a client that has multi-branches. Each office will have a subset of their own extensions (100,200, 300 etc) and my questions are: 1) Would it be best to create different domains for each branch? Can domains dial direct...

Anyways to move from one domain to another?

Actually I tried it and it worked well. The only issue was that I had to change the devices "SERVER" field to match the domain. After that all was good. The trick to do that was to first rename the domain to the one you want. Starting from the top edit the extension. Then right click on the...

Anyways to move from one domain to another?

I've create a domain abc.domain which has all the devices, extensions etc. Is there a way of moving them over to domain xyz.domain? Either via fusion panel OR through db? If so any help would be appreciated.

I also tried to get this to work. Is the panel supposed to show the status of the users (if they are on a call phone ringing etc)?

Really trying hard to get auto provisioning on my own

I tried manually pulling (macofphone)-phone.cfg and there was no such file. Does fusion generate such file?
