Does this happen only when the user uses the tutorial first, or even in cases where the user does not use the tutorial to setup the first time?

There does not seem to be any codec issues, as I have mentioned above, the calls all have audio, and the phones receive the calls, with no issues, but the audio drops off intermittently. The audio from ext to ext also can drop out intermittently bidirectionally, but the call stays active.

So I have done a bit of capture, and it looks like the phone is sending all the audio, but the switch is not... Any suggestions?

So the issue is with Fusion, and the mail servers, I have tried O365, and Gmail, but both seem to not work. After switching to SMTP through Skyetel, it works perfectly... Oh well... :P On a side note I have new issues.
