Hey Guys, I am looking to setup caller id for special outgoing calls, for example, if the office calls a staff member number on their cell, I'd like it to show "Emergency - Customer name" on the caller ID. Is that a thing? Or am I just wishing on the stars?

I did not create or change the Skyetell settings, The server created those. I just cloned it to use your pass through stuff.

All the gateways are just backups for the main skyetel address.

Well, at the moment, it seems that the calls are not leaving Fusion. According to this its the same issue I had, where its still removing numbers, and adding others? .. It seems that when they are dialing they are using 01149 and the number, but Fusion is stripping out the 49, and adding on...

Calling from Canada As per your request, that is my current dialing set up. It is default as you can see. Skyetel expects the full number, 01149...

As a note, its Fusion shaping the number, not Skyetel. I feel your technicality was not helpful.

Hey Guys! I used to have this setup on AstersikNOW. So I used to be able to dial my phone server's main number, and it would get me to dial a feature code then it would give me an outside line. Any suggestions on how to get this in Fusion? I forget what its even called since I did it ages ago...
