    I used the page function successfully with all users in my office however once I hung up, the call on their phone stayed active until they hung up themselves. How can I make it so it hangs up after the paging person hangs up?

    I am having an issue when users try to record their Voicemail greeting from their deskphone, it doesn't seem to catch their voice. The really odd thing is that it works when doing it from a Soft phone but when we try from a Yealink T49G or a T58V the issue is there. Any ideas?

    The prompt would be something I can look into. How would that work for an external call? Would the caller still hear ringing during the prompt being played to the external number? Ideally, it would be nice if the Caller had no idea that the external number was listening to a prompt before hand.
