Are you using 'Click to Call'? If not, then there's something wrong with your dialplan.

To intercept a call ringing somewhere, simply dial *8 from your extension. To intercept a specific extension, dial **105 from your extension where 105 is the extension that is ringing. All these features can be found under Dialplan -> Dialplan Manager from FusionPBX GUI.

Thanks for doing this. The old wiki had the url based click to call information. I've just finished my own web based click to call feature pulling data from our company ERP database. Using a php api with jquery ajax calls and cURL to hit fusionpbx as per instructions from old wiki.

Really appreciate your effort to add useful functionality. There is already a delete voicemail function in one of the php files as part of FusionPBX, so all you need is to pass the message id to that function?
