    Didnt copy the databse wanted a fresh iinstall there was too many issues on the old one to be fair and could notfind waht was causing it so wanted a fresh install.

    So how does the voicmail work when you call it. I take it runs a script that call the sound file from /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/GB/callie/**** I wonder if the sript is broken and its not grabing the correct sound files to play. Or could it be diaplan settings?

    yeah went this route in th nd so when a call comes in it hits the IVR then the ringroup if it times out it thens goes to Call centre which in turn gives the option to press 0 to exit and go to the messaging service.
