4.5.15 is something like 5 to 7 months old approximately. This bug was fixed soon after it was discovered. The delete was fixed to save all items that were deleted as well. Your best fix is to upgrade.
The database is not corrupted. It is new permissions added for greater control over the system. The user doesn’t have the New permissions assigned to a group they are a member.
General rule If anything is missing then check advanced -> group manager-> permissions. Most likely you are just missing a new permission. Or you can restore default permissions to get the new permission.

There isn't a popup calendar that changes time zone or server time.
You set the time zone in then FusionPBX Menu -> Default Settings -> Domain -> time_zone then select the right name.
Today this is a common attack. SQL injection protection was improved in all lua scripts in FusionPBX 4.2.1. Check your version of FusionPBX on the dashboard or status -> system status page. If your version is newer than that you should be fine.
