Setting instant_ringback didn't work for me . I switched to ring groups, that worked for me. However, if I wanted to to set an inbound directly to an extension, tied to a desk phone I wouldn't want to create a ringgroup each time. I'm using skyetel and followed their setup instructions.

I fixed the issue by changing the Time condition extension to use a ring group. I setup to two ring groups. and it now works. Not sure that's really a fix, but a work around.

It finally worked, but I had to NOT specify a domain and let it create the standard IP domain (it's an internal IP). So what could happen with fusionpbx, that accounts associated with a domain cannot login?

The errors happened immediately after deleting the domain. I then recreated it, but that didn't help. after all the digging, deleting the "new" external domain fixed the issue.
