@leandrodes87 I tried as to your setting, nothing work for me. i do the following (see screenshot) and *4 attended transfer work but not honouring follow me. That means it reached the internal extension but will not dial to external number ini follow me or in call forward setting...

I did the same as @ad5ou suggested. It is working good on Hardphone (Fanvil X4G) and Softphone (GS Wave). I tried with Linphone and work too.
