I use it and working ok. You just need to complete with your Fusion URL: https://domain.tld/ , your username@domain and password for Fusion WebGUI, and extension to send the call. Nothing else.

Yes... normally NAT issue. We set different local SIP ports for the phone on our customers like 5062, 5064, 5066... We set the use of "rport" and keep alive method by sending OPTION packet by 20 or 30 seconds.

Yes on LAN. We have units on a DC, and there are many other traffic. so we have set dscp, and we see better notable results on audio quality (using ulaw). We have improvement at switch and FW level.
