I installed a fresh copy of FusionPBX and the dashboard is empty. I get the menus on top, but not the domain menu on the right side. Any idea how to reset it. I have tired to reset the menus on the menu.php page but that did not work. Any suggestions?

If I remove the push notifications the phone is able to send and receive calls, but with push notifications on the phone does not receive calls. Any ideas on how to make push notifications to work?
