nevermind, i had create database checked and didnt have credentials in there, i unchecked it and its fine :)

trying a new install , i have not ran one in a long time since pre 4.0. I have a ubuntu 14.04 server running lxc containers , and on both containers that i installed i get this Install phase 1 started for FusionPBX Creating /var/www/fusionpbx/resources/config.php Executing config.php...
