    Try using IP (92.197.180.224) instead of the Domain in the gateway, it should work. Or in the domain use sip.solucon.com

    Pinless voicemail??

    To change the Voicemail access number, go to Advance -> Default Settings. under provisioning you will have a voicemail extension. You can change it from there. Regarding the Pinless voicemail, i have no idea about it.
